Annual Youth Confirmation Program

Our annual Confirmation program invites parishioners in their Junior year of High School to participate in a year of preparation prior to receiving this Sacrament during Eastertime, normally in May.  Please contact the Rectory for information and registration in the program.  Adults who would like to be Confirmed are invited to participate in our R.C.I.A. program (see above)Back to Top

Marriage Preparation (Couple-to-Couple)

Several married couples in the Parish have undergone Diocesan training to prepare engaged couples for the Sacrament of Marriage.  This "Couple-to-Couple" program offers a valuable peer relationship to both couples involved.  Engaged couples are strongly encouraged to participate in this program, and arrangements to do so are normally made during initial Clergy consultations with couples planning to be married.  Other programs such as "Engaged Encounter" and "Pre-Cana Conferences" can be arranged, but are not as highly recommended.

The Parish is very appreciative of married couples willing to consider serving in this peer ministry; further information can be obtained through the Rectory.  Back to Top

Ministries (Altar Servers, Lectors, Eucharistic Ministers, Ushers)

Persons wishing to serve in a Parish Ministry are invited and encouraged to consider doing so.  Grade and High School students, both boys and girls, who have received their First Communion are invited to apprentice and then minister as Altar Servers.  Adults and mature youth wishing to serve as Lectors, Eucharistic Ministers, or Ushers, should contact a staff member.  Back to Top

Music Ministries

The Parish enjoys several Music Ministries, including our Adult Choirs and Youth/Family Musicians.  Adult Choirs serve at the Saturday 4pm and 5:30 Vigil Masses and Sunday 10:45am Mass.  The Youth/Family Musicians serve at the Sunday 10am Family Mass.  Persons who would like to offer vocal or instrumental talents to any of these groups are encouraged to contact a group member after Mass.

Our Lady's Adult Choir is directed by Bob Lemoine and sings at the 4pm Saturday Vigil Mass.  The choir practices at 6:30pm on Tuesday evenings in the Church.Back to Top
